Good Vibes Workshop
Our weekly workshops provide a fun and safe environment for children to come together to learn about their mental health whilst developing skills to manage and enhance their wellbeing.
We will welcome your child and make them feel at ease at our Vibes Hub Haven.
We will talk with them about what they would like to gain from their session. Then get them to snuggle down in a space created by them to feel calm and relaxed.
We will teach your child techniques to aid calm, relaxation and boast overall confidence and wellbeing.
We will work through some self-care techniques and strategies to help boast inner confidence.
Taking your child on a peaceful journey of reflection and relaxation - this will help bring in strategies for their life journey, empowering and developing “YOU”.
It is great to learn techniques and strategies to help with anxiety, confidence, sleep and to boast your general wellbeing!

These sessions are based around school terms and booked in termly blocks only.
We do not run our sessions on any Bank Holiday Weekends.
