‘POWER TO THE GIRLS‘ 
Its ALL about YOU - LETS POWER UP!

There is nothing more important than YOU and as teenagers their are so many challenges & changes that you go through so ‘Let’s Power Up Girls‘

Our weekly workshops are designed to help young people identify, build, and maintain healthy relationships as they grow into teenagers and young adults.

We will welcome your tween/teen and make them feel at ease at our Vibes Hub Haven.

We will talk with them about what they would like to gain from their session. Then get them to snuggle down in a space created by them to feel calm and relaxed.

Taking your tween/teen on a peaceful journey of reflection and relaxation - this will help bring in strategies for their life journey, empowering and developing “YOU”.

We truly believe this is a great way to learn techniques and strategies to help with anxiety, confidence, sleep and to boost your general wellbeing!

This is one of our favourite sessions - spread the love.

We will be working on:

• EBR (Emotions, Behaviour & Responses)
• Positive Mental Attitude
• Triggers & Anxiety
• Learning Techniques & Strategies.
• Emotions, Feelings, & Regulation.
• Fixed & Growth Mindsets
• Creating Body Scans together
• Talking Therapy & Connections

Not forgetting learning your Mindfulness Flow of 'Yoga, Breathwork, Relaxation & Meditation'

These sessions are based around school terms and booked in termly blocks only.

We do not run our sessions on any Bank Holiday Weekends.
